AristoPup Grooming provides professional pet grooming services, including mobile grooming, bathing, brushing, nail trimming, coat maintenance, and other related services.

All services are provided at our discretion and are subject to the health, temperament, and condition of the pet.

3. Pet Health & Safety

Pet owners agree that:

  • Their pet is current on all required vaccinations as recommended by their veterinarian.

  • Their pet is free from contagious illnesses, parasites, or conditions that could endanger other pets or our staff.

  • Any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities have been disclosed before the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet appears ill, aggressive, excessively stressed, or if grooming poses a risk to the pet or our staff.

4. Grooming Risks

While every precaution is taken to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, grooming involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Minor cuts, nicks, or abrasions

  • Skin irritation from matting removal

  • Stress-related reactions

  • Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Matted Coats

Pets with severely matted coats may require shaving or specialized grooming procedures.

The owner understands that:

  • Removing mats may reveal existing skin conditions or injuries.

  • The grooming process may cause temporary skin irritation.

  • Additional grooming fees may apply based on the severity of matting.

AristoPup Grooming will prioritize the pet’s health and comfort when determining the safest grooming approach.

6. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information.

  • Ensuring pets are available and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Informing us of any changes that may affect the appointment.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in future booking restrictions.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Require deposits for certain appointments.

  • Refuse future bookings for unpaid balances.

  • Adjust pricing based on coat condition, behavior, size, or additional services requested.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may occasionally take photographs of pets before, during, or after grooming for quality assurance and marketing purposes.

By using our services, you grant AristoPup Grooming permission to use such images unless you notify us in writing that you prefer your pet’s photos not be used.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AristoPup Grooming shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions

  • Reactions to grooming products

  • Stress-related incidents

  • Injuries resulting from undisclosed health or behavioral conditions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the grooming service giving rise to the claim.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Aggressive or dangerous behavior

  • Health concerns

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Failure to comply with these Terms of Service

12. Changes to Terms
